I ordered a large bouquet on this website but the bouquet which was delivered contains less flowers than the medium bouquet which is shown on the website and when I complained and asked then to reimburse the extra money I paid for the large bouquet, first they offered me if I would be happy with 5£ voucher for my next shopping which was ridiculous and when I declined their offer, they have simply ignored my Email! Also read their terms and conditions before placing your order! Since they may send an ugly cheap vase instead of what it is shown on their website because it is their policy to do so "if they dont have the item available in their store!"
