On May 5th, I purchased the lily and rose bouquet for my mother in the UK to be delivered on May 12th a day before the US Mother's day.

On May 12 I received notification that the flowers were delivered, I called my sister to see if they had been delivered and was told they were not. Both my sister and my mother were home all day on the may 12th and no deliver was made.

The email notification from the deliver service DX indicated that if no one was home a note would be left for redelivery or the item would be left in a safe place. Well, there was no note, and there is no place that would be considered a "safe place" or out of eyes of others, nor did they leave the flowers with a neighbour. I am furious and of course the moment and sentiment have been severely marred.

I have written to Prestige flowers requesting a full refund and I am now awaiting their response. I will be sure to share this poor experience with Yelp! and all social media.
