My husband ordered some flowers to surprise me at work on Valentine’s Day. The order never arrived.
When I reached home he asked me where the flowers were? And I said I don’t know what flowers you’re talking about.
Obviously, we are both extremely disappointed as this was meant to be my surprise Valentine’s Day gift. Thanks Prestige Flowers

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's day that never arrived at its destination. They seem to have removed all traces of any phone numbers from their site and I tried contacting them using a phone number that I managed to find from other internet sources.
When I called it I got a taped response saying their lines were down and to contact them by email for any queries. Their "live" chat is dead chat since it is offline and you need to send a message. I did that sevaral hours ago and got a "Thank you" screen but not an email acknowledgement which is customary in such cases. When I checked the RM tracking number it says that they have been notified by the sender about the item but are still waiting for it to arrive.
In all fairness I have used these people before and prior this incident I had nothing but praise for them.
I still haven't had a response from them. I hope they're not broke!
