I got sent a bunch of flowers from a friend ( who doesn't have a lot of money) she ordered them from prestige flowers, they did look lovely when they arrived although when I showed her a photo she was disappointed that they didn't look like they did on the website. They were dead within three days so I contacted prestige who requested a photograph, I sent them one but alas it was out of their 48 hour returns policy so they could replace them!!.

They offered me a £5 voucher towards another bunch!!! As if I am ever likely to use that !! If that's the quality of their flowers and the customer support they offer!!.

Prestige it certainly is not!! I would certainly never recommend them and would advise you to look elsewhere as there are plenty of reliable flower companies out there who value their customers!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
