Prestige Flowers - Late and disappointing

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday days ahead. Did not arrive on the day.All responses are automated ..one stated can't guarantee orders that are done a day before !!!! WHAT THE ???? When my sister sent picture flowers were a poor copy of advertisement. I send a lot of flowers from Australia. Will NEVER use these wallies again. Steer clear !!!!!!!

Prestige Flowers - Terrible company

I ordered flowers for a very ill friend and 3 days later they still hadn't been delivered. The company failed to tell me why or to date refund my money. Breach of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act? Definitely feel like they've stolen from me.

I placed my first order with Prestige Flowers for my Nab’s 94th birthday, they arrived late and when I emailed them to express my disappointment I was told there is a warning about delays in the small print. I will be going back to using Interflora.

Placed my first order with Prestige Flowers, I usually use Interflora for my Nan’s 94th birthday. They arrived late and when I emailed them I was told it warns about delays in the small print. Won’t be using them again, I will stick to Interflora.

For a company that boasts 100% customer satisfaction I had 0% satisfaction with flowers arriving two days late when I had paid for next day delivery also they were half dead. My attempt to complain went nowhere but I will not leave it at this and will take them to court.
