Received a bouquet of mostyly dead flowers. Contacted customer service numerous times with no reply. This company is the worst! Once they get your money, you'll never hear from them again. You can get fresher and much less expensive flowers in any grocery store. Avoid "Prestige " at all costs...the name itself is an oxymoron.

Total let down

Orders flowers for my daughters 40th birthday as we were on holiday I ordered on the 8th September to be delivered on the 13th flowers were not delivered tried to blame courier however they only dispatched them by Royal Mail @ 5.30 pm on the 12th September and didnt think it was an issue ruined my day

Incorrect delivery

I have worst customer experience throughout via call and cia email as well. my issue still not resolved. I need a refund as they delievered incorrect size of flowers.

Reason for refusal : After wasting a complete day waiting for delivery the flowers which were for a special occasion did not arrive therefore spoiling the surprise. When they did eventually arrive two days late I was not happy to accept flowers that were no longer fresh. Please issue immediate refund to my card. Regards Mr J E Budnik

Delivery two days late

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a party to welcome home my sister in law in Germany after a operation and being in rehab for some time, however the flowers arrived two days late and it appeared I did not feel it important enough to ensure her welcome home gift would arrive on time and not after the event. Very disappointing.

Not heard anything after sending many messages to the company. It was a nice touch to cheer up a friend who was poorly but my gift seems like an after thought now. More frustrating cos it's so hard to get to speak with anyone about your complaint

Flowers not delivered

Automated service. Kept cutting me off. Useless organisation. Used them as they give 25% apparently to cancer research. However they have let me down seriously as I ordered flowers for my sisters 50th birthday. They also used a service by royal mail which means that it could take until 21st to be delivered. This gift is perishable. What a useless company.

Not satisfied with flowers

Less flowers than advertised, no free chocs or free delivery. Couldn't send a photo because didn't want to upset my granddaughter.

Never delivered on time and not to reply to my emails. This is the third year that I am sending flowers to my nice in Germany and always has been an excuse of being public holiday weather conditions etc. Delivery arrives 3-4 days late, never on the day it supposes to be, and the customer service is dreadful . Never again terrible service, no one cares about the customer once they get your money.

My friend placed an order on 19/05 and fully paid the value to be delivered on 21/05, but nothing was delivered. We never received an apology not a reason for not delivering. I assume this is not acceptable at all. The flowers should be out immediately. (although it's already late)

Confusion in order details

Just finished sending an email review and it came back undeliverable when I returned it to the person that sent it,...pls read don't understand all of this. To be honest I could get a letter to God quicker than I can get an answer from here.

Complaint

My son ordered flowers for me for Mothers Day, delivery was advised to be on the Saturday. They didnt arrive until the Monday and the flowers were wilting and turning brown. We both tried to contact the company, by phone, no-one was ever available. We both sent emails and neither one of us were contacted. Totally unsatisfactory, disgusting customer service.
