I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Prestige Flowers due to the level of disappointment, stress, and inconvenience caused.

I originally ordered what was advertised as a large, premium bouquet of roses and lilies, along with a vase and a premium message card. What I received was damaged flowers, a scratched vase, and a cheap, perforated slip of paper folded in half far from what was promised.

The bouquet itself was dusty and poorly presented.

I contacted customer service immediately, and what followed was a lengthy and exhausting chain of emails, filled with apologies but little actual resolution. I was asked to submit multiple sets of photos, received vague responses, and was even sent the wrong replacement bouquet after weeks of back and forth.

To make matters worse, they asked for a positive review before I had even received the replacement a gesture that now feels very misleading.

When the final replacement arrived, two lilies were broken, and the bouquet once again fell far below the standard I paid for. The only satisfactory item in the end was the vase. After enduring weeks of back and forth, I was offered a £5 refund, which is frankly insulting considering the time, emotional toll, and ruined sentiment behind the original gesture, which was meant to support me during my recovery.

This entire process has been draining, stressful, and incredibly disappointing.

I truly regret trusting a company named Prestige Flowers, as nothing about this experience lived up to that name.

I would strongly advise others to reconsider before placing an order, especially if it's for an important or meaningful occasion. The quality, service, and accountability were simply not there.do not use rhis service

I ordered the Large Rose and Lily bouquet for Mothers Day, choosing Prestige Flowers based on their award-winning branding and the beautiful images on their website. What I received was an absolute joke.

The bouquet was tiny, light, and nothing like the image shown online.

Sparse flowers, unhealthy roses, hardly any lilies, and barely any greenery to fill it out. I genuinely could have picked up a better arrangement from a supermarket for £6£8. I paid £41.48.

I contacted customer service expecting a solution instead, I was met with complete disinterest and dismissiveness. They claimed what I received was the correct size, even though it looked worse than the Standard option pictured.

They told me I actually had two more roses than the Medium size as if that justified the extra £10 I paid! So apparently I paid £5 per extra rose, while the rest of the bouquet was drastically reduced.

They also said the amount of greenery is "subject to change." How convenient no accountability for the fact that the bouquet looks nothing like the website images. This is false advertising, plain and simple.

Their attitude showed they clearly dont care about customer experience or the accuracy of what they advertise.

In my opinion, this is a complete scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Youll overpay for a subpar product and get nowhere when you complain.

Prestige Delivered Dying Flowers. Very unhappy with this order.

Some flowers were dead within 3 days and the rest were all dead by Mother's Day 30th March. The flowers that arent drooping have just gone soft.

Ordered flowers from Prestige online to be delivered for Mother's Day to my mum from me and the Grand-Children. £35 for the flowers, £5 for a vase and £6 delivery.

Half the flowers were dying, the bouquet was half the size of the product photo and they were slapped into the vase rather than the stems being arranged like in the pic.

£46 spent on something that looked like a £7 bunch of 2 week old flowers that are sat outside fuel stations. Avoid.

Rubbish customer service and quite frankly, terrible quality flowers. I do not recommend them at all after this experience and will never use them again.

Such a shame. I can provide pictures of the shocking quality of the flowers as well.

Told that they are not responsible for 3rd party delivery activities and to basically go away. Lovely, not like we order flowers for specific dates or anything? They couldn't care less.

Fraudulent company, ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on 30/03 which never arrived, never got a tracking e-mail either, breach of trust and contract, do NOT entrust your special gesture to these jokers, will just make it look like YOU don't care instead. Pathetic.

Copy & Paste of an excerpt from an email exchange with so-called customer services (bear in mind their own website's "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" when reading the following):
"It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame.

During peak periods, we reserve the right to extend delivery times as necessary.

In the event that we miss the specified delivery date during peak periods but still fulfil the order, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Any remedy provided will be at our discretion."
I can confirm that at their discretion means, if what you order does not arrive on a the date you paid for, say Mother's Day, a Birthday, maybe even a funeral etc, they will not be held accountable, even though they choose the method of delivery, also you will have no recourse.
So, in summary, if you want to order something and don't really care when it turns up, use these guys, otherwise use a reputable retailer that takes responsibility for the end-to-end experience of your order, because these clowns couldn't care less, caveat emptor.

I was sent flowers on 19th Feb they were such poor quality not one rose opened but one lily did. I complained and fair enough the company sent me another bouquet on Fri 28th Feb.

They were even worse quality. Three of the four rose heads collapsed. Im not after more flowers but honestly my feedback is change your supplier.

Ive never been sent such poor quality flowers. I really advise you to have a word with your supplier, the quality of the flowers are appalling.

Ordered an anniversary hatbox display on April 29th for delivery on May 3rd, well in enough time. It's now, as I write, May 5th, and still no delivery.

They emailed me saying it's out of their hands, when the tracking shows that it wasn't even sent out till May 2nd. They offered me £5.99 as a credit on my account as a gesture of goodwill. Do you really think that's good enough on a £90 order?

Stay well clear, well dodgy; stay local. Wish I had.

Flowers not delivered on date specified. On phoning company not able to speak to a manager.

No compensation as they hide behind third party company who do deliveries.

Twenty four hours after delivery was supposed to happen tracking can give me no idea where flowers are or when they will be delivered. Avoid this company.

Easy to give good reviews when things go smoothly.

A firiend's 21 yr old child accidentally drowned. I wanted to send them some flowers

After paying online realised Id made a mistake re delivery address.

1) Tried amending.

They dont allow that !!!

2) Tried cancelling as per Consumer Rights . They dont allow you to that !!!

3) Tried calling staight away. They were shut on a Saturday.

4) Then emailed.

They emailed back 3 days latter saying it was too late to amend delivery address.

If your'e taking peoples money 24/ 7 Its your responsibilty to have a customer service that is open should problems arise.

Bought a very expensive medium bouquet, which was fine. Shortly after, I bought the same bouquet in large.

The second order was missing the vial stemmed orchids, the main flowers in the bouquet. The large bouquet was smaller than the medium. Prestige Flowers completely ignored the issues and instead just repeated that the florist said the quality was fine.

Now to Trading Standards, Advertising Standards, and Small Claims. These scammers shouldn't be let off the hook.

Hi have same problem they are Absolutely dreadful sent flowers to friend turned up dead. It's still on going from Mother's day.

Iv sent endless emails. I could go on about this company. I don't think in all my 60 years iv had the most dreadful company. I can't stress enough do not use them.

Iv asked for refund you would have thought I was asking for hundreds. The point is it's there falt not mine.

I ordered and paid well over the odds but received a small bouquet when I had actually paid for medium. Tesco offers double the amount for half the price and better customer service. Don't use them; people waste their money and end up dissatisfied.

An abysmal service. I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for our wedding anniversary.

The card came soggy from a leakage from the flowers.

The chocolates were some random inferior product, not even the Pralines we had ordered.

Then the flowers were old-looking to start with, the roses in particular looked very sad.

I complained to customer services and was asked to take photos from several angles which I did happily to show the state of the flowers. I was also asked to take the "guard petals" off the roses and wait as apparently, they were the cause of the roses looking old. They suggested that I follow the care guide which I did, (we buy flowers fairly often so we know what we are doing (though it is the first time buying from these clowns).

After a week the roses have not opened and everything is ready for the bin. (see photo, day 8).

They have refused to give a refund and keep implying that our care of the flowers is not very good.

Very difficult "customer service".

I will not buy from these unprofessionals again. I suggest you look elsewhere too.
