Tried to post direct on their website but not possible. Delivery excellent. Ordered large bouquet for extra £5 (£40) plus delivery. When contacted them to say disappointed confirmed only medium one sent (£35 as shown on their site) so agreed to refund £5. Think you will agree what I got doesn’t replicate what they said I would get. Sadly wouldnt use again.

Prestige Flowers - WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER

On Jan 5th I purchased flowers, wine, cheese, a teddy bear and balloons to be delivered to my sister in London on her birthday, Jan 8. It is now 7 pm London time, she has left for the night and still not received her gifts from me/you. I tried to call, email and live chat with a customer service rep and can't get hold of anybody. The live chat isn't live at all. It's an automated email response, who knows when a live human will get back to me. You advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I am not even slightly satisfied. In fact, as of now nobody has even gotten their delivery even though the status on your site says it's been in route since early this afternoon. I am furious.

Thought the money I paid for these flowers I would receive a lovely bunch. What a disappointment. Paid extra £10 for a medium bunch,was shocked. Would hate to think what a small bunch looked like. Also birthday card was delivered a day after my mother’s birthday & on their email response they don’t seem to care. Would buy a nicer bunch of flowers from the local supermarket & half the price. Paid nearly £50 for all of it. Photos are so misleading & discount they give you also. Will never use them again.

Bought a bouquet of roselilys as a gift. Paid extra for the bouquet to be large. A pathetic sized bunch was delivered with some buds already snapped. Majority of the buds didn’t open at all with the bouquet dying in a couple of days. Contacted them with pictures and they agreed to send out a new bouquet. Exactly the same issues with the second bouquet. Can’t speak with an actual person just receiving automated emails which make little to zero sense in correlation to mine sent. Absolutely useless. Won’t be using them again and would advise anyone else to avoid like the plague.

Ordered flowers in November for delivery to my Mother on Christmas Eve,the flowers hadn't arrived by 17:00 so sent them an email in the hope that someone could enlighten me as to why not and to be fair I got a response within 5 minutes but that response was "it isn't our problem as we use a third party courier company and we aren't responsible for them not delivering on time". When I explained that I ordered the flowers from Prestige and not the Royal Mail and it was their responsibility to get them to my Mother on the delivery date I requested I was just blanked!

Flowers were a suprise for Christmas. Never got delivered. Sent loads of emails and they have done nothing to help. Never using again and should have used another service! They just take your money and do nothing to help when things go wrong on their end. Disgusting customer service.
