Prestige Flowers - Flowers not delivered on time and no refund

What a useless company. Order flowers for delivery in 2 days time. No flowers arrive. Customer services come back with how their terms and conditions do state they can only guarentee same day delivery as they deliver them themselves! So by being organised and giving them notice they have an excuse to fail to deliver. Refuse to give amy refund. Robbing gits. Will never use them again.

Ordered flowers for my aunts 60th birthday. The flowers were delivered 5 months early ( I ordered in advance as I was going away ) then they tried to patronise me by sending me the small print about how they can’t guarantee delivery on the exact date!!!
