Seriously avoid if you want to be certain poor quality flower issues will be resolved.Never dealt with such poor customer service.
Bought two separate bouquets for Mother's Day. After 4 days all roses dead bar one on one bouquet and all dead on the other bouquet. Company just reverting to scripted replies about terms and conditions. If you spend £25 on a bouquet I think it isn't unreasonable for roses to be dead within four days.
Basically they warranty their flowers for 48 hours, that is appalling.
Offered me a £5 voucher for one of the bouquets, simply not good enough.Avoid Prestige Flowers if you want to be certain of good customer service.
