Prestige Flowers - Flowers lasted a day!!

Ordered bouquet to be delivered for mothers day, mum followed instructions on how to care for them they lasted a day then drooped and looked dead! They cost us £39! We complained but got nowhere with customer service i would never use this firm again and would advise other people not to touch them with a barge pole!!!
