Ordered a rose bouquet for my wife on our 3th Anniversary and the flowers arrived on the day. Good start.

My wife was chuffed to bits. When I got home the array was not as glorious as shown on the website, but I out this down to most of the roses being young buds and told myself that these would soon blossom. Anyway to cut a long story short after 5 days the buds grew no bigger and started to wilt despite being well fed and watered and in a sunny position.

I was very disappointed so sent a photo off to prestige only to be told that I had to complain in the first 48 hours to get a refund. They did offer me a £5 gift voucher of my next order which is a total waste since I will never order from them again as the quality of their product is dreadful at best.

Did you slice the bottom of the stem before immersing in water ? That's necessary.

Next time, visit the local florist and pick something nice yourself.


She's lucky to get anything. I don't like women who are "chuffed" easily.
