I order a bunch of flowers by accident and managed to quickly cancel it with one of the customer service and even asked her to email me the confirmation of the cancellation - which she did.Then I kept receiving emails about dispatching and that its been sent out and it was actually delivered even though I cancelled it - they even charged me for it, even though on the online status it says cancelled.
I have been trying to get in contact with them for nearly a week and no one seems to be answering there emails. BEYOND ridiculous!
I wish i read the reviews before I ordered.The flowers were terrible as well!
