I ordered flowers several days before Mothers Day to be delivered on Saturday 5th March 2016- still not delivered on Wednesday 9th. I have been told that there was an error in the system and my order was not allocated for delivery.
I agreed for the flowers to be delivered on Tuesday 8th but today the 9th I have been told they have been lost in transit! I have requested a refund since it seems ridiculous to deliver Mothers Day flowers a week after the event.
I only hope I get my refund. Would not recommend this company.
