I will never use this company again.Flowers were supposed to be next day.
Got an email asking if I minded them being delivered a day late. I said no not realizing they would be prepared and out for delivery on the Sunday night. Monday came and went no flowers delivered. Tuesday Pm message tried to deliver but no one at home err maybe that's because delivery should of been yesterday!!
Royal mail now have them in a sorting office in Northern Ireland. They will be a mess when my mother in law gets them . Customer services are a joke. They are robotic and patronizing to say the least.
