Ordered the flowers to be delivered the Friday before Mother’s Day. They didn’t arrive until the afternoon on the Saturday.

On the Wednesday my mum sent me a picture of all the flowers completely dead. She said she hadn’t wanted to tell me thinking I’d be upset cause I spent quite a lot on them.

They were £35! £35 for 4 days worth of average flowers.

When I contacted them they said cause the photo isn’t within 48 hours they won’t do anything. Oh wait, they did offer me a £5 off voucher that was sent with the flowers anyway...

So if you ever want to buy from Prestige it’s probably a good idea that whoever receives the flowers sends you hourly updates of them deteriorating otherwise you’ll just get a £5 off voucher for the next time you NEVER use the company.
