First time we used them the flowers went to the wrong depot and were delivered a day late in a poor condition. They would not replace them, as the photo they requested looked OK.

In real life they were wilting and did not last long at all. After much complaining we were offered a £10.00 voucher.

Second (and last time) we ordered flowers for someone in Holland and they delivered the wrong ones three times in a row. This was after several email exchanges and a promise of the right ones being delivered.

Then we were told our original choice was out of stock so we chose another and sent the order code and a photo. And behold, wrong again.

Will NEVER use again!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
