Our delivery was not sent and no attempt was made to leave with a neighbour as it states you would.. apparently this is 'under discretion' of the delivery driver who now thinks it is appropriate to try and redeliver flowers 3 days after they were originally meant to be sent.
Not only this, but flowers we had sent the previous week were nothing like they were in the picture and were very disappointed.
We have used you guys for so many occasions but enough is enough and we will be proud to spend our money on local shops that value their customers and give them the respect and customer service that they deserve..
Thank you for putting a blemish on 2 otherwise lovely occasions
