Before going on holiday to the IOW I ordered flowers and chocolates from Prestige Flowers as a surprise for my wife's birthday to arrive at our holiday cottage on Monday 10th April,,,,, so you can imagine how disappointed I was ,,, E mails were sent and excuses received ,,flowers didn't arrive next day ,,,more emails more excuses,,,, waited all week nothing, they refused to give a refund but would send replacements as and when I required. Sorry not accepted , I insisted on a refund by telephone and one was given. Would definitely not use this company again, apart from disappointment of non delivery the aggravation of getting money back was poor, poor , poor, I just wish I'd rang a local Florist
