From start to finish this company has been a joke. I ordered flowers for my daughter as she moved into her new home on Saturday.

It is now late Tuesday evening and despite several emails and attempts to find a resolution the flowers have still not arrived. Prestige Flowers blame the courier, who in turn blames Prestige. No help whatsoever from Customer Service. They simply quote their Ts & Cs which absolve them of almost every issue under the sun.

First, and definitely the last, time I order from PF. Don't waste your time and cash as there are plenty of other decent companies out there.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
