I ordered 40 roses which included free chocolates on Sunday 10th September to be delivered to a special couple in Holywood N. Ireland.

on Monday 11th September. Prestige clearly state order before 9pm for next day delivery. I was disgusted to get a text from Royal Mail to say they were delivering on Tuesday 12th September. NOT WHAT I HAD WANTED & PAID FOR!!!!!

I have been trying to get a full refund for this company's lack of response and customer concern. Don't use them go elsewhere.

This company has broken the contract I made with them when I placed my order and paid in full for the flower delivery to Holywood Northern Ireland. Mrs Docherty
