Ordered flowers for my wife on the 23rd March off their website, for delivery on the 25th (Sat) before mothers day Sunday Got an email on the Sat, the flowers are in York, we live in Scotland - Tried to contact them, got an auto response, we will contact when the office in open, email them three more times, no phone number to call, just a web chat that no one monitors - in the end i contact my card provider, got an email today - they sorry for delay, and will look into it (two weeks later) DON"T USE THIS COMPANY - is my advice to all
