Awful service. I ordered a big Bouquet for my partners Birthday.
They did not arrive. I could not get through on there phones as no-one was picking up and the online chat no-one was answering either. When i finally got through to someone on the online chat 4 days later they tried to trick me into a 'free bouquet' to make up for the bad service. I double checked if this would affect my refund and they said i would not be getting a refund if i excepted the free bouquet!
This DOES NOT make it free. I was online for 50 minutes and had to threaten getting trading standards involved until they finally agreed to give me a refund.
They offer a terrible service and dishonest customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
