As a pensioner I needed to thank a family member and paid 39:00 for a blouquet of flowers to be delivered.

The flowers took 5 days to be delivered but was advertised as next day delivery. The delivery company was unable to track the flowers once they had them and then left them down the side of the property with no card or notification of delivery. Half of the bouquet was dried up and wilted so had to be removed

Free chocolates advertised did not turn up.

10 emails to the customer services team resulted in an insulting offer of £5 towards my next order

Do not use this company, Marks and Spencer’s, Interflower but NOT Prestige

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $39.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
