Customer service is completely appalling - ordered the flowers last Sunday to be delivered on Thursday.No warning or notification that the delivery date might be or would be missed.
Had to provide all the order details several times due to the issue with the website when ordering , just to find out that the delivery was missed. Customer services could not care less - the flowers have still not been delivered and no, the customer services are not even apologetic in the slightest. Just refer to their standard terms and conditions.
