I was so disappointed and angry to be told at 11am on the day I wanted my bouquet of flowers to be delivered that they couldn’t deliver my flowers until the day after! Funnily enough that doesn’t help me, I got no other option or that they would try for me it was literally ‘im sorry we can’t do it for you’ It was for my mums 60th birthday - the day after isn’t good enough. To be let down and nothing done to rectify the problem is unprofessional and appalling!!!

A company I won’t be using again and want everyone else to be aware how unreliable and poorly they operate.
