Website looked promising, and the prices looked even better!End up spending a fortune in the florists down the road so thought id give it a go.

Awful just awful. Flowers arrived 3 days late with no help from customer service to sort it out. When they arrived they were dead and would have looked nothing like the photo on the website even if they were alive - wife was very disappointed as she thought it was from our regular florist, had to confess that I tried to go somewhere cheaper. I am still in the process of getting a full refund!!!

It seems quality and customer service is what you pay for when you go to a real florists, at least you know what exactly you get rather than a fake dolled up photo of the product online.

At least you have someone to call and see if things go wrong.Definitely won't be trying prestige or any other online service again stay well away.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I liked: Website.

I didn't like: Very poor quality, Late delivery, Lack of response to complaint, General attitude, False advertising.
