Order placed on Sanday afternoon for next day delivery. I got an notification on Sunday night, before the order was even dispatched, confirming that the flowers will be possibly delayed due to weather condition!
I tried to cancel straight away, as it was a surprise birthday gift and had to be delivered on Monday. I’ve been told that I haven’t checked the T&C, which says that you can’t cancel next day delivery. Unfortunately they have no obligation to deliver the next day, or the day after.
Finally the flowers had been delivered at 5pm the next day, after another complain to the Customer Services that the tracking system said: delivered 10am. Now they’re wait in gin the office for the birthday girl to pick them up next Monday!
