Mothers day flowers delivered on the wrong day and DEAD!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered two bouquets costing £54.00 to be delivered on mother's day and they were delivered a day early. The following day upon visiting our parents all the flowers were either dead or half wilted!!. They asked for evidence and I have emailed pictures but have still not received a response despite having tried on about I have emailed and tried on ten occasions. I think they have shut everything down because they know they have scammed everyone! I would like to know what further can be done about it as I am fuming with the cost of these and the horrendous customer service and product!!

Shocking-Prestige Flowers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
It took me 6 weeks to anywhere with Prestige Flowers and my complaint. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and paid extra to ensure that they would be delivered on that day. I received an email the day before saying that they had been delivered and that someone had signed for them ( I understand there terms and conditions do state that they may be delivered on a different day) . There was no sign of the flowers and after sending several emails over the week that followed i was told they had been put over the side gate (which is over 8 feet tall). I repeated my email that the flowers had never been delivered and i was asked to send pictures of the damaged flowers. More weeks went past with several requests from me to be sent a copy of their complaints procedure and the lady dealing with my complaint Louise North ignored every request when finally i was told to speak to her boss. I have been told i will get a refund however i still require a copy of there complaints procedure as i am still disgusted with the way they treat people

Purchased a Valentines Choice bouquet, which is a Florist Choice bouquet, which mean that the florist is supposed to compile a bouquet of the freshest seasonal flowers. So you would assume that would be a bunch of at least 8/9 flowers in great condition. However what I received was 4 half dead roses. Could have been the courier's fault, but it was still extremely overpriced, both of which are the company's fault. Have used other websites in the past, I thought they were pretty poor but are actually really good when compared to this company. Do not trust all the nice reviews they advertise on the website! Highly recommend other websites.

Mother's Day flowers from son: delivered to neighbour even though I was home, I had to collect; roses wilted very quickly, I had to rescue them using a method I found on youtube; lillies have never opened despite retrimming, putting in a warmer room and adding flower food. Lillies still not open after nearly two weeks and starting to wither and go brown.

Foliage dry and crinkly. I know how to care for flowers, but to no avail this time. Can only assume poor quality.

Can get no reply from the flower company. Very disappointed and angry and will have to find a way of telling my son not to order from this company ever again, without upsetting him.

Terrible Terrible

Sent flowers to mum in UK (I'm in California) and although she was delighted to get something from me, she said 'don't waste your money love, the bunch of flowers i bought from Morrisons were £9.99 and bigger, better and fresher! ' I ordered them for Mothers Day, they tried to deliver them Saturday morning! No one was home, but it was through the post office and the office isn't open after midday Saturday, or at all Sunday, so they sat in the sorting office until Monday!!!! Completely ripped off!!!!

Absolutely awful, disgusting!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My husband ordered a valentines choice arrangement which he thought would be a mix of flowers, he also upgraded to a larger bouquet. What arrived was awful, a dozen tiny roses covered in the most awful red glitter. We contacted them via email on the day and several times later. it wasn't until we stated we had contacted trading standards that they have responded. Apparently the bouquet could have been anything the florist deemed appropriate and the picture was illustration only. Nowhere did it suggest that they would be in cheap garage bought cellophane - not even nicely tied, and with loads of glitter which covered everything. As advised by trading standards we have written to the company stating the consumer act 2015. Terrible product, terrible customer care, would never recommend this company!

This is exactly what happened to me. I haven't had any luck getting a useful reply from them.

£10 voucher? I will never order from you again; that is unacceptable.

Late delivery

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Flowers ordered 48 hours ahead of required delivery date. Arrived the day after. Customer Service said that their small print says delivery is not guaranteed in spite of their large internet banner saying order before 2 pm for next day delivery. I spent £49 for flowers for my aunt's 98th birthday. She didn't get them on her birthday. Poor platitudes blaming busy Mother's day activity for the delay. Should not be in the Flower posting business if they can't cope. Don't use this company if you want flowers on time. Offered £10 off a future order as compensation after insisting. Won't bother as they will probably be late arriving.

Absolute waste of money

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Ordered a £35 bouquet with all the trimmings to be delivered for valentines day. What came was 6 roses and 6 lilis. It looked like a £10 bunch max and my missus thought I was the ultimate cheap skate. No forest greens, berrys or folded aspidistra as seen in the pictures and listed in the description and much less roses and lillies than shown. Mistakes happen, so I looked for a phone number (they don't have one), I looked for live chat (they have one but even during the hours they said they aren't on it), I emailed them (no reply), I have raised a dispute on paypal (no reply yet). Please people, don't be taken in by the glossy photo's. I should have seen that the main review ratings are actually lower than the market rate.

Prestige flowers reported to trading standards

I have reported to trading standards via this page : https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/get-more-help/if-you-need-more-help-about-a-consumer-issue/ am awaiting a response within 3 days. They are an awful company that won't reply to any messages you leave on their website, their online chat is never online. They don't have a phone number, their address is a virtual address rented out by hundreds of other companies. They scammed me and many others. Any positive reviews on trust pilot were solicited by asking people to leave feedback on last page of checkout in exchange for being entered in to a prize draw. Very dishonest.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on valentines day, they arrived a day late and completely spoilt valentines day. I sent them back and emailed the company for a refund, it is now 4 days later and have still not received a reply from them. There are lots and lots of bad reviews about them on most of the review sites I wish I had looked before ordering from them. Take my advice and stay well clear.

NOT HAPPY!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Would NOT use this firm again! They sent the flowers out without a card to let the person know who they were sent from, even though it was suppose to have a 'prestige' card attached, and the photo that my friend sent me of the flowers does NOT represent in any way the picture of the flowers that I picked. I ordered a large bouquet at the cost of $90, I would dread to think what they would look like if I had got the standard size!! There are hundreds of companies that will deliver flowers for you. My advice - pick another!!

One day later, Valentines day they had all drooped and started to go brown, they now two days later are smelling and DEAD. I have tried to contact customer services but they never come back to me. AWFUL COMPANY

I am so angry, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered some flowers nearly a month ago for my friend whose dog passed away and they failed to deliver the flowers about 7 times, so I had to keep re-scheduling. I spoke to a girl called Laura Williams at Prestige who was very unhelpful and said I couldn’t have a refund! So I am now £20 down, with no flowers and a very upset friend! Disgusting service, I do not recommend one bit - don't part with your hard earned cash!

Prestige Flowers Flowers Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The flowers sent out were incorrect and damaged, I emailed them and the responded by saying I was wrong and I ordered the ones they sent, fair enough they offered me a small replacement bunch they asked me what bunch I would like 4 times and where to send them. They then sent them to the wrong address and when I told them this they again said I was wrong and didn't give them a different address to send the flowers to. This all took weeks with 1 email a day if I was lucky. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.
