Prestige Flowers
Reviews and Complaints
Dreadful company
I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. They arrived on Sunday afternoon. They bore little relation to the picture on the website. By Tuesday morning they were dying. The flower heads were drooping right over and leaves had gone crispy. I emailed many, many times asking for a refund. They refused each time, making a range of crummy excuses:
1. They had been damaged by the courier and this was nothing to do with them
2. Prestige lied about the day they had delivered the flowers, saying we'd received them two days earlier than was the case. They claimed this meant I'd passed the deadline for complaining.
3. The flowers had only suffered 'minor damage in transit'.
We went round in circles until I gave up for my own sanity. They don't publish phone numbers on their website. I managed to find a number online but it just kept cutting off.
I think it would be fair to describe them as a scam. Take a look at their Facebook page. Most of the people commenting on their posts are fake profiles, presumably set up by Prestige themselves. Click on a few of these profiles for yourself - you'll soon see the pattern to the things they post. What sort of company does that??
I've never posted a negative review about a company before but I think people need to know the truth about Prestige Flowers. They are appallingly bad.
Nearly dead flowers
Rip off Company
Absolutely shocking
Half dead bouquet
Terrible flowers terrible customer service
Purchased two rose and lily bouquets for mothers day. After just three days the flowers were all but dead and this happened so quick the lilies did not get a chance to open. Customer service reply:
"When circumstances like this do happen we ask customers to provide us with a photo of the flowers within 48 hours of delivery as the flowers are perishable. This deadline can be extended by 24 hours in certain circumstances. "
So basically they guarantee your flowers for 48hrs or at a push they may extend that by another 24hrs.
Do not waste your money buying flowers from this company.
Just to be fair they did offer a 5 pound voucher, however I politely told them they could keep it

Shocking
Ordered and was sent a £66 rose bouquet for a valued customer - half dead, small with no water. Complained and sent pictures to customer services to be told there was nothing wrong with them! When I said I wasn't happy with the response I was told to pick off the outside petals, cut the stems and to revive them in hot water. So what was the point in buying a 'finished bouquet'! If I had wanted to arrange them and spent time reviving them, I would have just bought a bouquet for a sixth of the price from a local supermarket chain. What sort of a response is that to send to a customer! I would have been embarrassed to send them to our customer!
Would never ever use again!
What poor customer service, I can imagine they never accept liability and carry on sending poor products whilst charging a fortune for the privilege!
Stay away from this company!
Very, very disappointed
Prestige Gifting Order Reference Number: P196****
I was very disappointed with the flowers which I had arranged to be sent on Monday, 14 May 2018 to my sister-in-law on her discharge from hospital after a major operation.
Even though I paid an extra £5 for a medium sized bouquet, there was only 7 roses and two stems of freesias, the majority of the bouquet being "bulked out" with greenery (not at all like the photo provided!).
I will not be recommending Prestige Flowers to anyone to use in the future, and I will certainly not be using them again (this being my first, and last, time).
The response I received was that they needed a photo within 48 hours of delivery to enable them to even begin to think of sending out a new bouquet or a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn't send a photo because:-
a. I live too far away from the recipient (the only reason I knew what they looked like was because I had a day's leave and visited her and saw them with my own eyes), and
b. The recipient didn't have the required technology to send me a photo to forward on.
Prestige Flowers could only offer me a 10 GBP voucher to use off my next purchase, which I declined as I would not use Prestige Flowers ever again and will not be recommending them to any of my friends and family. I felt like I was being penalised because I couldn't provide a photo and felt like I was being treated as a second class citizen.

Just awful
Ordered flowers for Mother's day, came two days earlier in an awful condition - roses where proper old, the petals where damaged, dried, ripped and had holes on them. One rose generally had only half of the petals left on the side.
Roses where suppose to be orange, but the ones that came where pale pink, peachy, white. Send photos of this to customer service - they said there is no quality issues or colour miss match. Advised to follow flower care instructions because flower where simply thirsty.
I have payed for delivery on time for a fresh and nice flowers, received a bouquet two days earlier, which was fresh maybe a week ago. Absolute disgrace.
AVOID THIS APPALLING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
Preferred solution: Full refund
Late delivery and bad quality
Orders 40 roses 10 days before valentines in hope to beat the mad rush for delivery. They didn't arrive till today, the 15th.
However, when the roses did arrive, there were only 36 roses instead of the stated 40. Also, some of the roses were really bad quality, damaged and scarred petals.
Disappointing service, passing the blame because of location of the delivery even though I ordered well in advance so they could be delivered on a specific day. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

I received a black and white bouquet from prestige sent by my boyfriend, not that I’d know who they were from if it was down to Prestige as they forgot to write in the note card! Also, the flowers aren’t actually black they are spray painted!
The paint is somehow not waterproof and currently covering my entire kitchen! It’s quite funny really but my other half isn’t too happy!
They offered him a £5 gift voucher and spoke to him like he was an inconvenience. Needless to say we won’t be using them again x
