This company are unethical, innefficient and their information is misleading to say the least. Completely rubbish. Flowers arrived 2 days late. Royal Mail didnt deliver on sunday anyway so there wasnt a sunday delivery as claimed ( sunday was a day later than the expected delivery date anyway). We were refused a refund but referred to the small print which basically tries to sidestep any obligations they should have to customers. Do not use them. Read more

Ordered flowers 4 days prior to my mums birthday. And they did not arrive on the specified date. When the arrived, looked nothing like the bouquet I had ordered. First and last time I'll use this company. Very disappointing service! Stick to inter flora guys!!!!

The clowns at Prestige Flowers gave the wrong delivery address to the delivery company. After 25 emails (yes 25!) Prestige Flowers (PF) still refused to acknowledge that they had made the mistake, even though I supplied 5 different emails (including from the delivery company) confirming the correct address was given to PF and that the wrong address was given to the delivery company. Awful customer service. Took the customer service team the majority of a day to actually read my complaint after going back and forth with the same template email! Eventually tried to offer me a voucher as compensation for the inconvenience caused, but why would I ever want to use this awful company again!

Order accepted for same day delivery, payment made. then told me 'sorry but our florist can't deliver today,' but never mind we'll deliver a bigger one tomorrow. We'll I do mind. It was a surprise birthday present rubbish!!!

The actual arrangement cost over £40 with postage and yet I have seen better in a petrol station forecourt. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke......they offered a £5 refund and yet the actual flowers bore no resemblance to the photos on the website. I ordered flowers from Prestige that were delivered late and left on a step only to be discovered 2 days later. I raised this but the reply was "sorry for inconvenience, thank you for your time" very poor customer service.

Having ordered a bouquet with chocs as a thank you for a colleague, they courier was unable to deliver but said they would try again. Bad customer service. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolates for my friends birthday. Because they couldn't find the address I gave them (OK, I made a mistake), they sent the flowers and chocolates back! They did not attempt to contact me for further information with regards to the address.
